Lebogang Mpakati has over 18 years’ experience in Turnarounds and Workouts. She obtained most of the experience from working at various Development Financial Institutions in their Workout and Restructuring business units where she carried out feasibility studies to ascertain whether their clients have the potential of becoming economically viable again and determine the most feasible solutions to prevent the client’s financial failure. Lebogang Mpakati currently takes appointments as a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner, Liquidator and Insolvency Practitioner.

Lebogang Mpakati started Indalo Business Restructuring in July 2018 in order to focus on Business Restructuring, Turnarounds, Independent Business Reviews and Transactional Advisory Services. Prior to starting her Company, she worked at BDO Business Restructuring in March 2016 to 30 June 2018 as a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner. Lerato Phokomela is an accomplished professional with a strong foothold in the Business Rescue, financial distress and Restructuring industry. He has more than 5 years dedicated experience in Business Rescue and Restructuring, and over 12 years managing delivery of projects within the following domains: Data Analytics, Business Process Improvement, Supply Chain Program Management, Financial Modelling, financial distress and Strategy Consulting.
